Usage information
We collect website usage information for management information purposes. This information consists of the number of log-on's to the website, movement around our site and onto product and service providers' sites. This information will not identify you personally.

The Vectis Discount Card: Always show your card before payment. Discounts will not be applied retrospectively. Saving in restaurants usually apply up to four people irrespective of the number of cardholders in the group. Please do not use your card for purchases under £5. Security - Encrypted data and Secure Sockets Layer
SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It allows a web server and your browser to establish an encrypted connection. When you see https:// in a page's web address, and the padlock icon in the lower left or right corner of your browser window, it means the information sent between your browser and the web server is encrypted.
However, because Vectis pulls in content from approved suppliers and displays the offers within a 'frame', pages may not always have these two indicators. Our aim is to make using Vectis as safe as possible and we can confirm that our suppliers always encrypt sensitive data.
It is possible to check this in Internet Explorer by right-clicking on a blank area on the suppliers’ content below the 'frame' and left-clicking on 'properties'. The address that is displayed should say https:// to signify a secure server.
